We need a professional who is focused on high-level changes while working to -improve our patient satisfaction rate and increase our overall efficiency across all departments, from billing to patient care. In FY2018, Ascension provided nearly $2 billion in care of persons living in poverty and other community benefit programs. -What You Will Do As an Associate with Seton Family of Hospitals-TX, you will have the opportunity toServes as a key resource for an assigned customer area to understand and explain business and technical issues and to provide viable technology solutions.Responsibilities:Supports Ascensions National Healthcare Economics and Clinical Effectiveness team by compiling analytical and statistical reports as needed from healthcare accounting, patient experience, clinical and operations data.Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports.Develops analytics output for use across Ascension's acute, ambulatory, and virtual care settings to deliver insight to all levels or the organization in the fields of clinical utilization, service lines, and strategic growth.Completes Ad Hoc analytics requests in support of clinical effectiveness, quality, and operations.May provide leadership, training, orientation, coaching and mentorship to staff on how to process reports and interupt data.Identifies data trends and makes recommendations for performance improvement. -Works with customers to clarify and plan for their current and future technology needs. Determines and maps existing business processes/functions and recommends changes required to fit a tightly integrated system.Designs and implements projects requiring systems integration, small teams and multiple technical platforms.Collaborates on driving improvement activities to achieve department and organizational goals.Coordinates with functional team to assure consistency and optimization of overall work product.Maintains current knowledge of industry and business process trends and is able to apply that knowledge to existing business processes.What You Will Need Education:Diploma -High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree requiredWork Experience:5 years of experience preferred.Equal Employment Opportunity Seton Healthcare Family is an equal employment opportunity / Affirmative Action employer and complies with all applicable federal, state and local equal employment regulations and laws.
