career.What we're looking for:The Account Executive provides
world-class, omni-channel support to our clients (software
marketers and business leaders). This role requires a blend of
sales, customer relations, and consulting skills. As a member of
the Account Management team, you'll become an expert on our product
offerings and gain deep knowledge in SaaS, marketing and technology
business. You'll spend your day learning about our clients'
business goals, educating them on best practices, and surfacing
opportunities that align to their goals to grow their business
through their lead generation campaigns.Why you'll want to come to

- Collaborate with business development to ensure smooth client
handoff and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts via
phone and email.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within
your territory.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients to ensure
success and future growth.
- Troubleshoot any client issues and liaise with the product team
as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.What
you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- 1-3 years of relevant sales or customer support
experience.
- High level of English is required. Additional languages welcome
(French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch).
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills required, experience with CRM
preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to persuade and
influence others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability
to multitask.
- Enthusiasm for helping and educating others.
- Interest in marketing, business and technology.

estimate of the base salary range for this role is 58,800 USD -
85,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the
range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including,
but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional
achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base
salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan
based on company and individual performance, or a role-based,
uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will
provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs
