The responsibilities will primarily relate to drafting and globally prosecuting patents, portfolio strategy, and supporting patent opinions and related analysis (e.g., patentability, infringement, validity, freedom to operate, competitive landscape assessments).Within this group, you will be exposed to a diverse array of electrical and computer related applications (i.e., telecom networks, 5G, 6G, LTE Advanced, Wi-Fi, industrial control systems, robotics, medical devices, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), mesh neural networks, deep learning, cloud computing, virtual machines, operating systems, computer architecture, cybersecurity, blockchain, image and video processing, etc.). Your particular technical focus and client assignments will be aligned with your capabilities.This work is more focused on quality more than quantity, thus this opportunity is a great fit for someone who loves dealing with inventions relating to complex, high value patent applications.
